It’s hard to describe the excitement and the rush of adrenaline you’ll feel at a Stephen Stills concert. After all, it’s not every day you get to experience a legend.
Remember, Stills is the first artist to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice on the same night. He was honored for his work with Crosby, Stills & Nash and Buffalo Springfield.
He’s also a very underrated guitar player. One of the things you’ll get out of your Stephen Stills tickets is an appreciation of his musical chops.
While you’re enjoying Stephen Stills performing live, look around to soak in the sights, sounds, and smells. Take a mental picture of the joy on people’s face and the old hippies dancing in the aisles.
Remember, you’re seeing a major figure in the history of rock and roll—her performed at Woodstock. You’re seeing the composer of such classics as “For What It's Worth,” “Love the One You're With,” “Sit Yourself Down,” and “Suite: Judy Blue Eyes.”
That last song was written about Judy Collins. In 2017, Stills collaborated with Collins to release an album, Everybody Knows, and to launch a tour. The couple was romantically involved in the late 1960s.
